- Stainless steel surface table of AISI 304 and thickness 20/10 with rounded corners for better cleaning operations.
- Athermic thermoset plastic knobs.
- Handles in oval form made of AISI 304.
- Surface grids made of alkali, acid and fire resistant matt RAF enamelled cast iron.
- Flat finishing with laser cut to guarantee a combination of "head-to-head" tops and binding fastening between them.
- Surface grids placed on moulded surfaces with rounded edges for easy cleaning and avoiding liquid overflowing.
- Height-adjustable stainless steel legs.
- Power οf ranges: 3 x 6 kW & 3 x 10 kW.

- Safety gas cock with thermocouple and pilot flame protected against the accumulation of the residues.
