- It has a drawer for fats.
- Suitable for cooking in a pot, for cooking pasta, vegetables and all kinds of fries in restaurants, taverns, cooking etc.
- The burners give 2 concentric zones with flames in order to evenly distribute the flame at the bottom of the pot but also for greater absorption & utilization of energy inside the utensils.
- The adjustment of the hearth flame is done with progressive fluctuation, so that we have absolute control of the temperature inside the pot by the respective tap-switch.
