- Molded work top made of stainless steel AISI 304 and thickness of 20/10 with rounded corners for better cleaning operations.
- Front side made of stainless steel AISI 304.
- Stainless steel frame with height adjustable legs made of AISI 304.
- Table finishing with laser cut that guarantees a perfect combination between different tables.
- Cold molded tanks made of stainless steel 18/10; with rounded edges sloping towards the drain spout so that the frying remains can be drained easily.
- Heavy-duty handles in oval form made of AISI 304.
- Optimized combustion burners with thermocouple safety valve and protected pilot light.
- Working temperature adjustable from 120°C to 190°C.
- Supplementary safety thermostat.
- The tank is drained by a tap and the oil goes to an internal container provided with a filter.
- Inside the tank are situated 2 baskets made of stainless steel provided with a handle made of an heat-absorbing insulation material.
- Knobs made of heat-absorbing material with functional screen printing on the boards.
- Tested with natural gas or LPG.
