- Electric oven intended mainly for baking pizza, confectionery but also for restaurant use.
- Thanks to the special design of its walls, it has the ability to raise its operating temperature to the desired level very quickly and to keep it stable despite the constant opening and closing of the door.
- It has two levels of baking. Each level is heated by two resistors (one up and one down) controlled by independent thermostats.
- The cooking surface is made of ceramic plate suitable for receiving food directly.
- Each chamber has autonomous lighting and adjustable opening for the induction of room air.
