Item Description

- Stainless steel frame.
- Athermic thermoset plastic knobs.
- Oil heating obtained through stainless steel fix heating elements, immersed in oil in the middle of the tank for easy cleaning operations.
- Two tanks of 10 lt. each, provided with a thermostat, which enables the temperature to be regulated between 100°C and 190°C.
- Manually-reactivating safety thermostat.
- Stainless steel tanks with rounded edges sloping towards the drain spout.
- Moulded work surface and tanks for easy cleaning.
- Drain valve provided by a athermic thermoset plastic handle and safety closing system, placed on the front of the appliance.
- Standard equipped with baskets made of steel covered by a layer of protective material.
- Accessories available on demand.
