Item Description
Gas Fryer Double Tank 15+15 lt. Control Board on the top 80 x 70 cm K7GFG1015 ATA SRL Italy.
- Stainless steel frame.
- Double-skinned doors and heavy-duty handles.
- Athermic thermoset plastic knobs.
- Oil heating obtained through a series of stainless steel burners provided with finned heat heat exchangers in the tanks.
- Controls placed on upper frontal panel.
- Tank provided with a safety gas cock, which is kept active by a thermostat and enables the temperature to be regulated between 100°C and 190°C.
- Safety ensured by a thermocouple kept active by the flame of the pilot burner.
- Stainless steel tanks with rounded edges sloping towards the drain spout connected to a stainless steel container for collecting oil.
- Stainless steel containers and filters provided as standard equipment.
- Moulded work surface and tank for easy cleaning.
- Standard equipped with baskets and stainless steel lid.
- Height-adjustable stainless steel legs.
- Tested with natural gas or LPG, according to the user's needs.
