- The burner gives 2 concentric zones with flames in order to evenly distribute the flame at the bottom of the pot but also for greater absorption & utilization of energy inside the utensils.
- The setting of the hearth flame is done with progressive fluctuation, so that we have absolute control of the temperature inside the pot from the respective tap-switch.
