Order Cancellations

Cancellation of the order can only be done in writing (email - fax) with your details and the order number until the end of the day you ordered (16:00). After this time can not be canceled , as for your immediate service orders are processed in the afternoon of the same day.

Product Returns

The products of our company are described in great detail on the pages of our site, with clear and detailed photos. It is also possible to send additional information - photos or brochures for the species you are interested in. Given that for your fast and excellent service your order is processed immediately, but also that many of our items are manufactured or imported exclusively for each customer:

1. Product return can only be made in case of non-compliance of the product features with what you ordered and within 3 calendar days from the day of delivery. In this case we will refund the money you paid for your order as well as the shipping costs.
2. In case of failure, an on-site technician, if possible, will repair the damage, otherwise it will be sent to our service for repair. Damage returns are made.
3. Returns are accepted only by arrangement and if the packaging is intact.
4. Used products cannot be returned.
5. Products with opened - damaged packaging can not be returned.

In order for us to credit your money upon return, you must provide us with the account number to which you wish to make the deposit.

Refunds are made within a maximum of 30 days.
