Product Shipping

Our products are delivered to our headquarters or our factory in Acharnes, free of charge, working hours and days. (Monday - Friday 09:00 - 16:00) & and after contacting us and if the products are ready for delivery.

The products can be delivered to your place with a transport company or by courier with the appropriate charge depending on the volume and weight.

Deliveries take place during working hours and days, is Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

The transfer of the products is the responsibility of the customer and our company is not responsible for any damage during the transfer.

KichenPro reserves the right to modify the above in any case of shipment for any reason after informing the customer.

Payment Methods

1) By credit or debit card

The payment process is done through VISA credit cards & MASTERCARD of all Banks in the trading environment of Piraeus Bank, in the last stage of your order, with security .

If you pay by credit card there is a one-time charge 1.5%.

2) By deposit in a bank account.
