Traditional Italian Type Woodfired Pizza Oven for 13 Pizzas, D160K ASTERM FORNI.
- Capacity: 13 pizzas 30 cm / each.
- Theoretical production 195 pizzas per hour.
- Fan assisted for uniform baking.
- They are made of vibrated refraction material with high percent of aluminium oxide (Al2O3), which guarantees high wearing- out resistance and sturdiness.
- Internal structure made from heavy duty steel with strong insulation.
- Baking on refractory stone.
- External silicon decoration included.
- External mosaic decoration from the large variety of ASTERM. (Optional, check more options).
- The oven can operate with gas or with combination of gas & wood.
